Our Current Fund Raising Events

2021 is going to be a GREAT year!!

We’re pleased to announce that our friends at Firetruck Brewing Company will be hosting a couple of fundraising events for Adaptive Sports at UArizona.

First will be the “Dine with a Paralympian” (first event is Feb 5th at Firetruck MidTown) where you will be able to interact with past and future Paralympian in the UArizona Adaptive Sports Program. In addition to the super food and brews from Firetruck, we will have Q&A session with select athletes who will discuss the dream, the arduous task of qualifying and ultimately competing in a once in a lifetime event.

The second event being promoted in conjunction with Firetruck Brewing is the “Round it UP for Golf” in which diners at all three of the Firetruck restaurants in Tucson, can round their bill up to nearest $1, $5, or $10 above their total, with all net proceeds going to the UArizona Adaptive Golf Team, the first and largest adaptive golf program in collegiate sports.

In April 2021, the inaugural Conquistador Paragolf Championship will take place at Sewailo Golf Club in SW Tucson. Destined to be the fifth “major” in adaptive golf, the 54 hole tournament will feature world ranked (WR4GD) adaptive golfers from all over the world. In addition to the competition, it will be proceeded by the TIU4ALL/Solorider adaptive golf clinic that will expose the game of golf and it’s inherent life benefits to adaptive and “at risk” youth, first responders, injured veterans and those who would like to watch some of the most impressive golfers on the planet. Proceeds from the clinic and tournament will go towards adaptive golf programs in Southern Arizona to help grow the game and expose new participants to this “life sport” that can be enjoyed for the rest of and the quality of life.

The 2nd Annual TIU4ALL Shootout will take place on April 23rd, 2021 at Ventana Canyon Golf & Tennis Club to benefit the UArizona Adaptive Athletic program. Join some of our award winning Adaptive Athletes along with world ranked adaptive golfers for this 18 hole shotgun tournament. We will be featuring a “tournament within the Tournament” in which select teams will have the opportunity to have a world ranked adaptive golfer be part of their team. After the round, we will be having an awards luncheon in which you will get to meet many of the competitors as well as the numerous local sponsors that help make this event the success it has become.

The Quest for the Shield

TIU4ALL is hosting “The Quest for the Shield” a unique year long championship competition that will culminate with the Invisible Shield World Championship to be held in Las Vegas, in October of 2021. Golfers will accumulate points based on a Stableford scoring system with the top 72 point totals qualifying for the Championship. You can find more information on this event by clicking below:

This is our new foundation that was started in 2020 to provide golf instruction and competitions to benefit adaptive/at-risk youth, wounded veterans and first responders, and to help further the game of golf throughout the Southwest. Proceeds will go to youth, Native American and wounded veteran golf programs in the State of Arizona. Grant requests can be submitted below:

In 2020 TIU4ALL was proud to announce that we have been asked by the University of Michigan to assist in setting up an Adaptive Golf program for their Adaptive Athletic department. We will start the programming and planning immediately with the intent of having an operational program in place by the spring semester of 2022.
